History

Delegations of the University of Amsterdam have paid visits to Iraqi Kurdistan since 2008 with the aim of exploring the political, social and academic landscape as well as the possibilities for an exchange program with partners in this region. As a result, contacts were established the University of Kurdistan-Hawler, which lead to the establishment of an exchange program with this university.
